No new cases of COVID-19 in Antigua and Barbuda for three weeks

The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Sir Lester Bird Mount St. John Medical Centre has revealed no new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Friday 25th June 2021 at 6pm.
One hundred and sixty-four (164) samples were processed at Sir Lester Bird MSJMC.
Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda remains one thousand two hundred and sixty-three (1263); There are no active cases.
Meanwhile, thirty six thousand one hundred and eighty-seven (36,187) first doses of the Covid-19 vaccines have been administered while twenty seven thousand and seven hundred and forty-four (27,744) second doses were administered.

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.

  1. No Covid-19 cases for 3 weeks now? Antigua is the only place in the entire world with zero Covid-19 cases. Are they not doing random testing?
