The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Sir Lester Bird Mount St. John Medical Centre revealed no new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Tuesday 1st June 2021 at 6pm.
Eighty-one (81) samples were processed at Sir Lester Bird MSJMC.
One (1) recovery was recorded increasing the total to one thousand two hundred and fourteen (1214)
Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda remains at one thousand two hundred and sixty-two (1262); which is inclusive of six (6) active cases. There is one hospitalized case where the symptoms are considered to be mild.
Meanwhile, thirty three thousand six hundred and thirty-two (33,632) first doses of the Covid-19 vaccines have been administered while eighteen thousand one hundred and seventy-nine (18,179) second doses were administered.
The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.
