No New Active COVID-19 Cases

(Dashboard Update for July 10, 2021)

 

The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Sir Lester Bird Mount St. John Medical Centre has revealed no new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 case in Antigua and Barbuda as of Thursday 8th July 2021 at 6pm.

 

One hundred and fourteen (114) samples were processed at Sir Lester Bird MSJMC.

 

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda remains one thousand two hundred and sixty-six (1266); which is inclusive of two (2) active cases.  

 

There is one hospitalized case where the symptoms are considered to be severe.

 

Meanwhile, thirty six thousand nine hundred and eight (36,908) first doses of the Covid-19 vaccines have been administered of which twenty eight thousand four hundred and twenty-nine (28,429) received the second dose. 

 

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.
