The case for suspended Police Commissioner, Wendel Robinson was adjourned to July 20 after coming up for a status hearing today.
Robinson was suspended in April amid allegation of sexual misconduct that was leveled against him by three male officers.
The top cop is challenging his suspension claiming due process was not followed.
The Police Service Commission and the Attorney General were named as respondents in the case.
