Your members usually close at 2pm and go home between 4pm-4.30pm (so home before 6pm curfew).
Is this actually an action to move faster towards full digital banking & the reduction of physical branches & limited services?

Today I had to queue 10.00 am to 12.30 am outside (in a literal scrum ) to be served at the Scotia Bank by 1.00 pm.
At the bank only 3 tellers were available, however there were a lot of staff looking important but was not sure of their official function.
Bankers, you can do better than this!
