Today I had to queue 10.00 am to 12.30 am outside (in a literal scrum ) to be served at the Scotia Bank by 1.00 pm.
At the bank only 3 tellers were available, however there were a lot of staff looking important but was not sure of their official function.
Bankers, you can do better than this!
