  1. This is a wonderful idea, however I’m looking forward to more information. Awaiting the requirements, age limits, fees and other vital information for persons that are interested in learning this as well as possible certification on operating these equipment so that these youths can have something in hand when seeking future employment

Awesome initiative, yes. But one introduced by the UPP government at the Public Works Department. This programme was introduced to women who were trained by the Cubans. My daughter was one of the trainees.
    Go look it up.
Or maybe they already did but decided to bring it back like it was their idea.

  4. What an exciting initiative! The introduction of this academy is a fantastic opportunity for young men and women to learn how to operate heavy-duty equipment. This kind of training not only opens doors to a range of career paths in construction, logistics, and various industries but also helps develop critical skills that are in high demand globally.

Personally, I’ve always been intrigued by the idea of operating heavy-duty machinery. Although I’m 48 years old, I feel young at heart and full of enthusiasm for learning new things. I consider myself an interesting person with diverse passions, and this opportunity to master the use of such equipment really appeals to me.

For those interested in pursuing this wonderful opportunity, more information is needed. The academy should provide details on the courses offered, the duration of the training, certification processes, and the kinds of machinery students will be trained on. Additionally, it would be helpful to know about the prerequisites, fees, and any available financial assistance or scholarships for those eager to embark on this path.
