  1. Another one on his way to prison……
Sad that a man would rather lose his liberty and go to prison than to surrender an illegally own firearm.
    Send him up Magistrate…….
Hopefully he will be of use to someone while at 1735.
Hope he didn’t say he was about to take it in under the ongoing amnesty.
    Minimum one year for firearm.
    So many anuntions?????
    Two years…….

  2. I have a question….do we still have a gun amnesty in place…I just find it “strange” during this said amnesty that citizens are being sought in their homes during this period. I know every Tom, Dick, Harry and Jane are going to come for me….if ya hab one period for amnesty wait until um done and then throw the book at anyone caught with and unlicensed gun. If I had a gun I would not attempt to turn it in as on the way they might pick me up and charge me…or someone will make a call and say ‘me think john doe’ have a gun and it nit license.
Wait until after the gun amneaty period to launch all out was against illegal firearms

  3. Listening post you sound like an idiot. Why are you encouraging people with unlicensed firearm not to turn them in ? Amnesty is on right now to turn in illegal firearms. That does not mean The police work stop there. They must continue to stop and search, and search people home for whatever is illegal. The unwritten scripture say, THOU SHALL NOT HAVE ANY UNLICENSED FIREARM AND AMMUNITION IN THY POSSESSION point blank. If anyone have an unlicensed firearm in their possession, please turn it in. No body will ask you any question about the gun. That sentencing on Wednesday should be nothing less than 5 years in Prison. Why so many ammunition ? 95 rounds of ammunition. Is he selling bullets ?
