Murder Suspect Surrendered

Earlsfield “Earlfred” James of Upper Fort, who is wanted in connection with the alleged murder of Kemmoy Jeffers of Fort Road is now in police custody.

James surrendered himself at St. John’s Police Station around 1:50 am on Thursday. He was accompanied by family members.

  1. No one deserves to be murdered. However,. will the courts take into consideration the volatile behaviour of the victim and the failure of the lawmen to act promptly? Were these person fearful of harm to life and limb? Did his behaviour seem extraordinary and they could not control him or were these persons just maliciously taking a life unconscionably? All these questions must be asked fairly and answered truthfully.
