  1. Time to change the Top Brass of the Royal Police. Too many mistakes are made in bringing criminals to court. And the former Top Cop Wendal Brown is showing up his colleagues time and time again.
    To date they cannot even bring proper charges against young Mr. Ryan for the killing of Andrea Hughes while driving on New Winthrop’s main road. Even a dog would have gotten a better deal.

The former top cop name is Wendel Robinson.The lady was knocked down by that Ryan person on the road leading to Cedar Grove.That is some distance from New Winthrops’ main road.By the way,I heard Robinson changed his last name to something else.It is not Brown or Browne.
