Alvin Williams Carr is the country’s latest road fatality

Alvin Williams Carr, 29, has become the third person to die from a traffic accident in under two days.

Police said the Cedar Valley resident was riding across the Cedar Valley main road on Sunday afternoon when he lost control of the motorcycle and hit a utility pole.

He shortly succumbed to the injuries he sustained as a result.

He was pronounced dead at 1:37 p.m. by a medical practitioner.
This comes one day after two men lost their lives in a tragic accident on Saturday morning.

Khalil Baltimore, 23, of Willikies and Kelvin Snagg, 25 of Barnes Hill died in a collision on Sir Sydney Walling Highway in the Vicinity of Transport Board Inspection Center.
