REAL NEWS: Another minor reportedly has been sexually molested, and the Police are conducting investigations into the claim.
Allegations are that an eight-year-old girl was raped by a man who is known to her.
Reports say that, on October 1, the child’s mother took her to the Criminal Investigations Department and reported the sexual offence.
It is alleged that the man had been violating the girl over time and that the abuse had started between eight months and a year ago.
It was only last week that a nine-year-old was indecently assaulted by an unknown man, who touched her chest inappropriately and kissed her on the cheek.
In that incident, the perpetrator allegedly led the child away from school, took her to a secluded area, and assaulted her.
Meanwhile, concerns remain about an increase in rape cases, as was confirmed by a health professional, who warned that females in the communities of Creekside, Golden Grove, Nut Grove, and Grays Farm are especially vulnerable.
Several victims have shared their experiences with REAL News and chided the Police for not bringing the situation to the public.

Antigua has been too soft on rapists for decades. Those of you over 50 should remember notorious serial rapist known as “BULLGANY” his last name Boatswain (I don’t remember his first name). He raped about 16 women ages 16 to early 20s throughout the late 60s to mid 70s. He raped a society girl in 72 and blackmailed her family into giving him monthly monies to keep quiet. Sadly only a few girls pursued justice. Most were too ashamed for people to find out. My father was chief magistrate in the 70s and ordered him 10 cat o nine lashes (the max back then), and 2 years in jail (the max allowable). The last girl he raped was a 16 year old whose parents Shipped her off to Canada to avoid embarrassment. The girl committed suicide in Canada. To this very day as we speak Bullgany lives a a free man, homeless down by wharf… Let me tell you if he had raped somebody for me, they would have given me the gallows. You hear me!!!
