They cost $125,000.00 and National Housing will commence building others almost immediately at several sites across the country.

 

The plan is to mix both the starter homes with other homes to be built by National Housing so that there will be opportunities for upward mobility.

 

The mortgage payments are to be restricted to $800 – $1000.00 per month, well within the rental payments currently being made by tenants who will now become homeowners.

        But no, I’m not a licensed architect, however, I do take their approved schematics, and manage the project from the Contract(not MOU, but the contracted NTP – Notice To Proceed meetings, all the way, to presenting the owner/investor/developer with the U&O – Use and Occupancy Permit.

        I’m very much skilled, in Carpentry to include fine Cabinetry!(It’s in the blood of Goldie Sweet Fingers Lake from Anguilla and years of honing the craft, from repairing and maintaining Mama Hillie houses as a kid.

Low income families and single parents need to flood national housing.

    now the question is? after 30 yrs, what is the appraisal value? let’s say, lord $250,000… the next question is, if one has $250,000, why would they buy a house 30 years old in lieu of building a new one?
