Police in Montserrat today placed residents on alert following the escape of a prisoner from police custody here.
Suspected serial killer,23-year-old Delano Forbes was charged with murder last year after allegedly killing three people and drinking their blood.
He has been on the run since last Monday when officers reported he escaped their custody while assisting them in the investigation related to the charges.
The Royal Montserrat Police Service (RMPS) is, therefore, advising residents on Montserrat to be vigilant and to inform them if they are made aware of information regarding Forbes’ whereabouts.

So how is he expected to get to Montserrat? Walk on Water? If he gets there a Boat must take him, who would really do that? Whoever does deserves for him to slit their throat while on board.

Also…I find calling him “serial killer”..quite funny too…has he killed any serials? Although for years we would have heard from FBI and law enforcement that the “killer” looks for certain patterns (serial) of their victims (victims have long hair, victims has one child, victims tend to be certain ages, victims lacks writing standard english etc.)
We have to be very careful how we pick up the jagons from journalists coming from the US etc. because growing up in school we were taught that the adjective precedes the noun (grey wolf, white man) unless that the noun would precede the adjective with constants and other words between them both (the man is white; the writer is dunce).

@but arh eh eh Serial means being a part of a series. In the criminal context it means repeating the same offense repeatedly with a similar pattern wrther it be the way the victims or chosen or method of execution etc. There are serial rapists, serial killers, serial monogamists, you name it. Be careful when you watch TV and execute television wisdom. Do a lil digging first

It’s actually protocol for them to warn neighboring islands especially Strat as it’s so close to us…. however it’s vampire killer not because he kills vampires but that’s what they call him cause he acts like a vampire & he is a killer . I just hope he is caught & whoever is helping him be arrested also
