103 persons were flown in today (March 8, 2018) on flights arranged by the Access Division within the Office of the Premier.

The passengers were transported on chartered flights on SVG Air, Fly Montserrat and Winair.

Ferry operations between Antigua and Montserrat are expected to resume tomorrow (Friday, March 9, 2018) leaving Antigua at 8:00a.m. to arrive at Port Little Bay.

However, the Access Division will provide confirmation of this in a further update at approximately 6:00a.m. tomorrow.

Travelers are asked to take note and be prepared to report to the Ferry Terminal in Heritage Quay, Antigua, tomorrow morning, following the confirmation announcement.

Over 100 Montserratians were stranded in Antigua after rough seas prevented the ferry from making its regular trips.
