  1. You are not even safe in your own home. The criminal elements in our society is out of hand and the government/law enforcement officers need to get on top of this asap. People need to feel safe in their homes, and anybody who breaks into someone else’s home to steal and do grievous bodily harm to the occupant (s) should be shot and killed. I have no sympathy for such criminals. I pray that Monifa pull through this ordeal, but such an invasion never sits well with an individual after. You are always afraid that it can happen again. And we shouldn’t have to be grilling up and barring up our houses like Fort Knox to keep out intruders.

  2. Can anyone imagine that Molwyn has said already that it is politically motivated. Such a sick man. A speedy recovery to the young lady.

  3. Now Sir Molwyn this why you needed to ensure that the ER had staff and were paid their risk allowance, backpay and covid stipend!!!
You & yours can travel abroad for routine check-ups but the recepient of emergency care has no “face and no name” !!!
We all bleed red when cut so Government must fix the dam clinics and pay the staff at the clinics and polyclinics better and stop wasting time doing nothing wit three new buildings ( nugent ave villa cartyhill)
Get better Ms. St. John…we are sorry that this happened … May you get a real boss on your recovery abd may the one that you now have spreading such BS saying that your attack was political!!

  4. I hope and pray that she recovers speedily. Molwyn Joseph, how do you know it was politically motivated? The Police need to call you in,to answer questions. In my opinion, it was an inflammatory statement by you Molwyn. Everything that happens in Antigua negatively is not always political.

  5. There should be no politicking surrounding this wicked crime committed against this beautiful, educated, intelligent, kind and hardworking young lady. Her wounds might heal up quickly but the mental scars will last a lifetime. As a nation we will need to give her all the support humanly possible. My next wish is that the perpetrator be found and be brought to justice. Don’t know what her life will be for her without that person getting arrested, charged and be put away for a long long time. With this said we just cannot take our lives for granted. We need to take our security very serious. Especially single women living alone. Have a nice trained dog inside your house. Have security alarm system. Your personal security is parliament. Let’s be our brothers keepers for 2023. Too want election to finish, so that we can get back to normalcy.
