1. What is going on with the amounts of young people going missing. Young girls and boys over the last year have been missing about every week. Why no one has been arrested over that time for harboring of a minor? Come on Police,time to begin arresting those housing those minors.

   If you are correct and she’s gone to some adults place to be abused, then the adult should be held to account in court.

   • @save us all I see your point, but while the age of consent is indeed 16, I’m pretty sure that the Statutory rape charge is still on the books, but I am not a lawyer..
     If it is still valid, then someone over the age of 18, or maybe 21 is guilty of statutory rape if they mess with a 16 yr old.

     Even if they can’t be charged, they should be held to account. Adults messing with children are sick and need to be called out.

     We can bury our heads in the sand, blame the victims, or stand up and send a clear message to the perverted people who prey on children.

     If this or the next missing child turns up pregnant, has to drop out of school and become a single mother at 16/17, who is going to be looking after them? The scumbag father? Not likely, he had his fun and will deny ever seeing her. The government? Maybe they will provide something, but in reality just another underprivileged child awaits it’s future
