  1. Ah what is this the Ghost has suddenly come alive she must have gotten her tongue lashing privately, now Crump do not have to feel so bad. Me Muma

  2. Definitely needed as most of the tourists are not used to our poor infrastructure. They end up in hospital with broken bones because they busy staring up and around and have not clue that they also gotta look where they put their feet. We definitely dont need a lawsuit or bad publicity from that.

  3. Long long overdue, and not only the pedestrians will be rejoicing, but also anyone with a disability ♿. In the past there have been horrific stories on injuries because of no grills or makeshift ones.

It’s taken two ABLP terms to deal with this properly, however better late than never I suppose … maybe all the criticisms against this “Johnny come lately” government are taking effect.

Some good news at last, and no more hoping, skipping and jumping around St John’s. Marvellous news!

  4. @BRIX..
Who installed those dastardly non functioning grates in the first place…they cried when they fell apart, then asking other people to fix them…??

  5. I’d hope they’d bring out the fire tenders at nights-and some of them cushioned cocoon prisoners with ball & chains to flush the damned putrid drains with some with water and pinesol or carbolic -to get rid of the begger’s-man smell. Ah! But the tourist might like the smell too? Lawd: A coo yah! A coo dey.
A Genius Infrastructural maintenance 101 portfolio rendered. Way to go: way to go sister love. Eh, eh! Lmao Eh!

Pixie, were you told off when we Were in each other’s arm last night?
    Eh pixie?
Did you receive a private tongue lashing after we got back from our summit?
    Hah!
You can’t make this stuff up,
    Antigua is a joke!!

  7. Question to all.Is this really news? That is what should be done in the City and else where. They put down grids after 10 FRIGGING YEARS.ANTIGUA NEWS ROOM RUNS AWAY WITH IT. The Ghost laden Ministry did something and wants a Gold Medal for doing their freaking work.Lazy sets of arses

  8. I agree, town still looks like a dump, Maria did a walk though in the city how long now, nothing significant happened after that

In any event, then grills will be broken in no time for we have a few Jackass in this country that will park on the frigging sidewalk, and park the cars right in the grills and damage them

  9. Ha Ha Ha , town still stinks like a dirty unwashed bathroom. Doing anything on sorry St. John is like putting lipstick on a pig it’ll still be a smelly dirty pig regardless.

  10. Ha Ha Ha what a joke, Antigua in general smells like an unwashed bathroom, trying to beautify this place is like putting lipstick on a pig. It’ll still be a smelly stinking unwashed pig regardless. This place is a joke.
