Michael Joseph, Co-founder of the Fire Phoenix Foundation, is proud to announce its collaboration with mental health advocate Chaneil Imhoff to commemorate World Mental Health Day.
As part of this partnership, Michael Joseph will provide students in grades 4, 5 & 6 at the Five Islands Primary School with a copy of the empowering mental health activity and coloring book, “Be Kind to your Mind.”
World Mental Health Day, observed on October 10th every year, aims to raise awareness about mental health issues and encourage individuals to take action to support mental well-being.
Recognizing the importance of mental health education and early intervention, Michael Joseph and Chaneil Imhoff have come together to address the needs of young minds.
“Be Kind to your Mind” is a unique activity and coloring book specially designed to engage and educate children about mental health.
This captivating book combines fun activities, interactive exercises, and beautiful illustrations that encourage self-reflection, emotional expression, and self-care.
By providing students with this resource, Michael Joseph and Chaneil Imhoff hope to foster a positive mindset and equip young individuals with the tools they need to navigate their mental well-being.
Chaneil Imhoff, a passionate mental health advocate and author of the “Be Kind to your Mind” book, believes that early intervention is crucial to promoting mental health and preventing future issues.
She says, “By normalizing discussions around mental health from a young age, we can break down barriers, reduce stigma, and empower children to prioritize their mental well-being.
‘Be Kind to your Mind’ is a delightful tool that helps children explore their emotions and develop essential coping strategies.”
The collaboration between Michael Joseph and Chaneil Imhoff represents their shared commitment to promoting mental health awareness and providing resources to support young minds.
Michael Joseph, known for his work in the community, is thrilled to be a part of this initiative. Mr. Joseph stated, “We are honored to collaborate with Chaneil Imhoff and contribute to the mental well-being of young students.

This young man is a real genuine future leader….Grays Green community is proud of you…keep shining…
I have no query with these young people being community minded but there is one question that springs to mind. Why do they constantly have to do their good deeds in the eyes of the public with a camera always on hand to snap shots of them? Isn’t it better to do good deeds quietly and only for the sake of helping others without having to seek publicity for doing these good deeds? Is it necessary to photograph each and every deed for the newspapers in an effort to seek credit and publicity? It kind of takes the shine off of the good deed, I think.
big up also to Chaniel Imhoff! A good example of passion and purpose.
That young woman, well she not so young anymore. She nuh no youth. She is now where she always wanted to go. In the ABLP mess hole.
She is a very materialistic, undermining, conniving woman and she will do well in ABLP. Nobdy in UPP miss she. The bet was on to see how long it would be before she ends up with Gaston.
Since the both of them have mental problems, it will be one big crazy house over there. Just hope she not messing up the pickyneaga dem head with all she loony tunes chupitness.
Wat a UPP rejects line up. Lamin, Namba. Winston, Colin, Chanel,
Are you ok? Do you need to talk to someone? This comment is unhinged.
This is such an asinine comment. You are apart of the problem. This has nothing to do with politics. Y’all UPP people are sick!
Congratulations to you 👏 🙌 Mr. Joseph. Since your days at school you exhibited LEADERSHIP qualities.
