Two men are in police custody after they were caught breaking into the J and Gen Supermarket in Potters.
Lawmen responded to a report about the break-in Sunday night and caught Anex Wilshere, 27, of Gray’s Farm and Jeremiah Martin, 26, of Potters in the act.
According to the police, the men were trying to get into the supermarket via a window using a hacksaw.
The police also seized a black imitation firearm (toy gun) on the scene of the crime.
Investigations are continuing.
