MBS makes claims refund more convenient

Over sixteen hundred (1, 600) beneficiaries of the Medical Benefits Scheme (MBS) have signed up to get their claims cheques paid directly into their bank account.

Beneficiaries received their refund within two weeks or less.

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the MBS has continued to make services more convenient to its customers and encourages members to take advantage of this opportunity by signing up at the Customer Service Department on Nevis Street.

An “EFT form” must be completed permitting the MBS to deposit a claims cheque to the beneficiaries bank account. Additional benefits of this service include:

  1. No need to travel to MBS to collect a cheque
  2. No need to stand in line to receive claims cheques
  3. No more lost cheques and paying to replace them
  4. No more forgetting to change cheques
  5. No more stale dated cheques

  1. @MBS de RAG-TAG HYPOCRITE payback any of the monies given for her medical treatment abroad?? Andre Simon could do with even half of that amount.

Shame on the RAG-TAG PASS MARK REDUCING HYPOCRITE!!! Now she done get sort out from TAXPAYERS MONIES, not even to use her voice and advocate for regular people who need medical attention.

  2. Medical benefit workers does not answer the phone when you call them. Two numbers are being advertised on ANR and nobody is answering the phone when you call them. People are making claims for medical services done overseas for over a year and medical benifit just not paying mind to these inviduals. If your cheque is not ready at medical benifit, how will it be ready at the bank for you to collect ?. Is like sending the fool a little further.
