MBS Announces the Relocation of Services for Building Refurbishment
St. John’s, Antigua–Thursday, 29th February, 2024– The Medical Benefits Scheme (MBS) announces the relocation of three of its services effective Friday, 1st March, 2024. This is to facilitate upgrades to its Nevis Street Administrative Building.
The Nevis Street Pharmacy Drop Off/Pick Up office will be relocated to the Main Pharmacy on Nevis Street.
Additionally, the Cashier and Customer Service functions will move to the ground floor of the Healthcare and Conference Building.
To ensure convenient accessibility to Cashier and Customer Service functions, beneficiaries and employers are encouraged to utilise the Nevis Street drop box facility and online payment options. Completed contribution forms (R3As) may be emailed to [email protected].
Employers may make online payments using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via the online platforms of the Antigua Commercial Bank, CIBC Caribbean, and Community First Corporative Credit Union.
Employers may submit completed contribution forms (R3A) and cheques via the drop box. Cash payments cannot be facilitated via the drop box. Beneficiaries can also submit claim receipts via the drop-box.
For claims submitted via the drop-box, beneficiaries should include their name, MBS number, contact number, and preferred payment method (EFT, collect, or mail) on the claim receipt.
