Marshall charged with 4lbs of cannabis

On Monday 15th July 2019, the Office of National Drug and Money Laundering Control Policy (ONDCP) arrested and charged Kenroy MARSHALL for 4lbs 6oz of compressed cannabis which was seized from his possession during an operation conducted on February 18th 2019.

The drugs carry an estimated value of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (ECD$ 17, 500.00). MARSHALL has been charged with Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with intent to Supply.

At a court appearance held on July 16th 2019, MARSHALL entered a guilty plea to the charges and was subsequently sentenced on July 17th 2019 to a fine of $35,000.00ECD with $3,000.00ECD to be paid with 24 hours and the remainder payable in $1,000.00ECD increments monthly. Failure to make payments will result in 18 months imprisonment.

  1. The wheels of justice funny. Known convict with 4 pounds of cannabis and you get fined heavily. Others caught with over 460 pounds go scotch free. That is why people have lost faith in the system. It is unfair, unreasonable and unjust. When you poor, dog better than you.
