Man to be sentenced for 2015 Road Fatality

Charlesworth Samuel Jr. will be sentenced in the High Court tomorrow for causing the death of 49-year-old Rolando Labrada Blanco in 2015.

The defendant pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving in the High Court today.

Samuel Jr., who was driving a motorcycle on Factory Road, collided with Blanco, a bicyclist, in the vicinity of Antigua Printing and Publishing Company.

Blanco died on the spot.

      That person whom it is alleged ran Andrea Hughes down.He does not have the same pigment as that man above.Perhaps if he did he would not be charged with a crime.In Antigua and Barbuda justice is not blinded.There are holes in the blindfold.

  1. The Jamaican woman that killed the young man going to work was fined 10000 and her license that she did not yet have was suspended for two years.
    Let’s see what happens to this poor fellow.

  2. The court system in Antigua is just unbelievable, the Jamaican lady that killed the young man while driving without a license was fined and was barred from getting a license in two years, where is the justice, these judges are too comfortable they should be pressured to do there job properly
