Police Search for Suspect in Parham Stabbing
The police are continuing investigations into an alleged wounding incident at Parham that left 47 years old Liberta man nursing a punctured wound to his lungs.
It is alleged that both the victim and a male resident of Parham were involved in an altercation that escalated into a fight.
During the fracas, the Parham man allegedly armed himself with a sharp object that he used to injure the Liberta man.
He was transported to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center by the EMS. Doctors there reported that his injury is not life threatening and he remains in stable condition.
The police at this time are in search of the alleged suspect, who fled from the scene after the incident.
The incident occurred around 7:25 pm on Friday at Parham.
