The 28-year-old man was stopped while the Police were executing a search warrant at another villager’s residence.
They reportedly became suspicious after seeing him in the area, stopped him, and conducted a search on his person.
They found in his possession a creamy substance resembling the controlled drug cocaine; a modified flare gun and one round of .38 special ammunition; four cellular phones; and a sum of EC, US and Canadian currency.
He was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm, ammunition and cocaine and taken into custody.
This offence reportedly occurred on June 1 about 11am in Grays Farm. (REAL NEWS)
