Real News: In a startling incident at a residence in Mount Joy, a Swetes man was assaulted and tied up with shoelaces by masked, armed men.

The victim, who was laying tiles at the property, was accosted by two individuals brandishing knives and cutlasses.

Reports indicate that the attackers, who had their faces covered with t-shirts, swiftly tied up the vendor.

Descriptions of the assailants suggest that one was approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, while the other was about 5 feet 4 inches in height.

Both men were dark in complexion.

The shorter of the two reportedly spoke with an Antiguan accent and ordered the victim to remain silent.

  3. BARRK crime rate and frequency are the best indicators of whether policing techniques are effective, innovative, and proactive. There is literally no fear of being caught by criminals, and you know it is not based on the alleged unemployment rate. It is clearly opportunity and motivation. which means those who are thinking wrongfully crimes are the result of high unemployment, in this case is not employing proper policing techniques. criminals now realize that the opportunities to commit crimes and get away (easier) with it exist in Antigua, and they are now highly conditioned and motivated.

Based on this research I have sent you, answer the question, “What should I do to counter and mitigate this?” And stop focusing on the “lack” of resources, as doing so will cause motivation to be lower. pretend you have all you need, formulate a plan. This is an exam question. Now answer, even though I already have the answer.
