Kelson Andrew has been fined for attempting to smuggle half case of noodles over the prison’s perimeter fence.

Andrew pleaded guilty before Chief Magistrate Walsh in the St. John’s Magistrates’ Court.

He was fined $200 forthwith, with an alternative of two months in Her Majesty’s Prison.

Reports are that Andrew was caught in the act by a senior police officer, who was on patrol in the area of Coronation Road.

  1. That fool is one of the dumbest smugglers yet. How stupid. At least we get a good belly laugh, at his expense.

  2. Mr Pompey please help…..

Two months in prison is equivalent to $200?

Money verses prison time should be a science, for example $200 could be 30 minutes in prison etc.

  3. Was there drugs Or contraband in the noodles? The police should have just taken the noodles and distribute them to the prisoners. I am sure the noodles were well needed.

  4. Boss u born lucky to be fined $200.00 for that half case of noodles you tried to smuggle into the prison…. If you were in my court you would be fined $200.00 for each noodle… I would have done that bcuz
    1. You had no right to be smuggling anything into jail… That’s illegal
    2. If those noodles were contaminated with the virus, can u imagine what damage u would of caused to the inmates?
Remember it only takes one match to burn down an entire forest…. The same perhaps could happen in the prison with a single contaminated noodle starting the spread of that virus…..
