A man is on trial for allegedly committing serious indecency on a seven-year-old girl two years ago.
The child says the then 17-year-old defendant told her she had to perform oral sex on him to play a game on his cell phone.
She says he forced her to commit the offence after she refused to do as he requested.
The defendant denied the allegations when he gave sworn evidence before a judge and jury on Wednesday.
The man says he doesn’t know why the girl would fabricate stories about him.
However, he has testified he is a witness in an unrelated criminal case involving her mother.
