The incident happened at approximately 12:15 a.m. on Sunday, with the victim suffering a bullet wound to his upper back.
Multiple shots were reportedly fired from a small, dark-colored car, though the number of occupants remains unclear.
The man is now stable, and police urge anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913.
