Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel-Edwards has ruled that a case against former Education Minister Michael Browne can proceed.

She ruled earlier today that there is sufficient evidence to pursue a case against Browne.

The minister was arrested and charged in November for a serious offence.

He maintains his innocence.

The former minister is currently out on bail and the matter has been committed to the High Court.

He resigned as a minister but Browne remains in parliament as the member of All Saints West.

Browne also hosts a radio programme called pulse on ZDK.

The #Swastika at Cross & High Streets, must be pointing the Judiciary in a different direction(take him to trial), other than where the #ObeahWukkah ouija board is pointing(dash wey de rass ting)!

  3. Just saying…. Guilty or innocent, what a sad disgusting mess! If he found innocent, I hope they give him a victory parade. If guilty, I hope they lock his ass up for long long time. Since we don’t really know, we let the court decide.

  4. Let the chips fall where ever. If found guilty in a Court of Law. He should be sentenced like any other common citizen would be. No slaps on the wrists in my opinion based on his political standings. What amazes me he found a place on ZDK. Are there open slots at ZDK reserved for ABLP disgraced politicians only?
