The Political Leader United Progressive Party (UPP), Harold Lovell, has confirmed that Sean Bird interest in joining party and expressed that if he were to become part of UPP, he would be welcomed.
“We expect that someone like Sean, if he were to become a part of the United Progressive Party, that he’s someone that we would welcome into the ranks of the party.” said Lovell.
According to Lovell, it is not just Sean that has expressed interest in the party.
“We are very happy with the type of persons who have been coming forward recently to become part of the United Progressive Party.” he added.
Lovell expressed that Bird will be subjected to the regular UPP procedures to determine if he can join the party
These “processes” include a nomination and confirmation by the constituency branches with eventual confirmation by the party’s central executive.
The UPP leader confirmed that they will be doing away with the controversial ‘caretaker’ process and that all candidates will be confirmed by the end of the first quarter of 2020.

Getting into the topic of “arrogance” maybe it slipped by you but on an almost daily basis lesser/average education arrogance appears to be the order of the present day to day rule. I have never heard Sean Bird lie about his education level or make senseless public comments on an international level…so we will just have to wait and see if he can prove himself worthy of running for public office by being 95% for the country and 5% or less for himself.
