Witnessing the unsettling situation, Juante Kirby promptly halted and joined efforts with the conductor to console the distressed children. Fortunately, he noted the presence of a smoothie vendor conveniently located near the incident site.
After a brief negotiation, Mr. Kirby and the smoothie vendor collaborated to ensure that each brave child received a smoothie as a token of appreciation. When approached by an onlooker requesting a photograph, Mr. Kirby humorously attempted to avoid it by citing a “bad hair day.”
The onlooker remarked on the tendency to criticize individuals for wrongdoing while neglecting to celebrate the positive actions of the youth in the community and the country at large.
