Local Fintech XandaPay Donates $60,000 to UWI Global Campus for Youth Empowerment Scholarship

A local fintech company, XandaPay Ltd., donated $60,000 to the University of the West Indies Global Campus for two students’ education.

The presentation occurred at Government House, with Governor General Sir Rodney Williams present.

The scholarship, named the XandaPay ‘Youth Empowerment Scholarship,’ aims to support academically talented students facing financial challenges.

XandaPay’s contribution will exceed 60,000 EC dollars over three years, benefiting the UWI Global Campus Endowment Fund.

The Head of UWI Global Campus expressed gratitude for the transformative power of education.

XandaPay’s Director, Jeffrey Dupuis, emphasized their commitment to giving back to the community through education.

The scholarship’s beneficiaries have not yet been selected, and applications are still open.

XandaPay is a fintech company known for its flagship product, XandaPay, a Payroll and Human Resources Management software program developed by Mr. Jeffry Alexander Dupuis in 2006, used by various companies and clients to streamline payroll and HR operations.

  1. Great contribution. Never ever before had we had a Governor General that did so much for fundraising and charity. Just like our Prime Minister he is taking Antigua and Barbuda to the next level.
