Dear Editor,
My name is Ian Joseph. I am the President of the United Taxi Association.
In your article entitled, United taxi —- mess on top of mess —— my name was published as referenced as a “snake, two mouth, hypocrite”who have a SUV “conducting transfers without a taxi plate”. This is false and defamatory.

I have taken legal advice and I am advised to file suit against your newspaper and the writer.
I DEMAND that article be removed immediately and that this letter as well as an apology be issued and published within 24 hours.
Failure of which I will have to seek the court intervention.
Ian Joseph

That letter surely painted a not so good picture of DRIFTED WOOD and Ian Joseph of the United Taxi Association. Reminder,a piece of DRIFTED WOOD usually goes with the Ocean Tide.
We are a private hire car company, specializing in passenger transfers to and from Bahamas airports, ports, Bahamas train stations, and Bahamas Places.
What is said on this article, couldn’t be far from the truth. The entire association needs management with a strict policy. If the Head is week so is the bottom . The airport president is not a man of his words ,he thinks fren an company taking him places. He needs to go .
