DEAR EDITOR,
Something needs to be done with these children in this country.
I was driving up Market Street and some kids started dispersing bottles.
What upset me the most is that there were innocent people walking and driving.
A two-year-old was almost hit and was missed by 1cm.
My five-year-old child was in the car with me when the bottle hit my car glass.
If anything happened to my child, I would personally beat those kids.
