LETTER: Bad Customer Service All Saints Clinic


Dear Health Minister

I have been going to all Saints clinic for over 5 years, the reception the staff at All Saints clinic need some customer service training, they are horrible.

No smile or good morning, eating at the front desk, unhelpful.

I cannot believe they are supposed to be helping sick people.

Rude, unhelpful, disrespectful and miserable looking. That is not the face you want to see when you go to a health clinic.

They need to fix up, government workers and they are doing a bad job.

  1. Someone who recently went to this same clinic had a similar experience. The healthcare “professionals” act like they are doijg doing the patient a favour. They lack BASIC HUMAN COMPASSION.

  2. Well most of them mind is on carnival for them to worship the devil and drink and drink …think they need to put a stop to it ban carnival

  3. Very unprofessional and intimidating bunch of folks… Both nurses and doctors alike.
    They treat you like if your begging them.

  4. It has been over 5 years yet you still go there, must be something why you go back.
    How about going to a private doctor where you know you spend your money for helpful quality service. I have been going there since birth, yes the staffing has changed over the years but the interaction we ourselves go in with is what the staff service will be…
    **How about on your next visit you give a pleasent smile, try not to be rude or disrespect the staff, and lets see if this change**….
    P.s…these english people always think everyone is below them. Hope you are not one.
