Has the sun gone down on the Sunshine Hub?
Every time I pass by this ‘was-to-be, should-have-been, my blood boils.
Why? Because 27 million USD of our tax dollars is slowly rotting in the sunshine and rain, while politicians play politics and political grandstanding at the expense of ‘we the taxpayers.’
We the people of Antigua and Barbuda deserves more accountability for our tax dollars and the government, not party, because government is continuous, needs to get their act together and do better with our money.
It’s high time we the people make our voices heard and let the government know that this kind of political game would not be condoned. We want to see our hard-earned tax dollars used for the development of Antigua and Barbuda, for the benefit of all.

Point of correction to the letter writer. Antigua and Barbuda tax money was never spent on the Sunshine Hub. Please stop repeating the propaganda put out there by the Gaston Labour Party.
I remember something about a BOOT. Build Own Operate Transfer. An investor had started the work and was obviously still in the Build phase but I think BAICO had sunk him.
The contractor’s profit was 10% and his mobilization fee was 10%.
Once he received the mobilization which is equal to his profit, the contractor laughed at us and left the country.
Those involve still have their jobs…
Point of Information to all Antiguans and Barbudans: When a lonely, angry, bitter, menopausal “radio host” can publicly declare that an ANTIGUA PASSPORT IS OF NO VALUE TO HIM, it is clear that his allegiance lies with another country (the USA passport he likes to brag about). The “radio host” does NOT care about Antigua & Barbuda. He has an axe to grind and spends extra hours in the studio because he is afraid to go home and be alone to face himself in the silence of loneliness with his conscience attacking him for the misinformation and progapanda.
