  3. This would be like a war between an elephant and a tiger.The elephant would win only if the tiger stood still in one place. However, the tiger is fast and could bite a chunk out of the side of the elephant and keep on running. My money is on the tiger, Asot.

  4. The people’s time is constantly being wasted with this kind of nonsense. The speaker needs to step down in the face of his obvious bias. When the Prime Minister is embarrassing the country and his party in Parliament, no one should support his behavior. Focus on the people’s business and cut the crap. We still don’t have running water and no end in sight to a myriad of issues that affect lower income families in the country.

  5. Asot,should not back down, go all the way with the Speaker and ALP. It’s high time that they are taught a lesson. Gaston’s administration needs to understand the protocol whilst operating within Parliament and not to disrespect members who are engaged with putting the public views across.
    Hopefully, but don’t hold your breath the Speaker will do the honourable thing and resigned rather than staying and continues with making a mockery of himself.

  7. Reads like a writeup meant to fool the naïve . What stands out for me is the UPP members never said nay. Fact is the speaker has consistently held AM to account. Even when he was a minister, the speaker would warn him from reading his speech. As usual AM makes big noise, but he forgets the speaker is not only a lawyer, but also a KC. Watt is someone who has brought down big game (eg Baldwin Spencer).
