Kevin Henry Sentenced to Nine Months for Aggravated Robbery at Knifepoint

Kevin Henry, convicted of aggravated robbery for robbing a woman at knifepoint, has been sentenced to nine months in prison, a fraction of the maximum penalty of 15 years.

The incident occurred when the victim was approached by Henry, who brandished a knife, causing her to fall to the ground.

He forcefully took her bag before fleeing the scene.

The victim expressed ongoing trauma and precautionary measures taken for her safety.

Henry admitted to the crime and faced Justice Colin Williams in court.

  2. The court system is supporting the criminals. In 9 months the police will be kept busy monitoring this individual. 9 months out of 15 possible years……the police must be furious at such absurd conviction considering the increase in crime.
