Chief Magistrate Joanne Walsh is pursuing an interim injunction against the Judicial and Legal Services Commission (JLSC) as part of her constitutional challenge.

Walsh faces disciplinary charges from JLSC, prompting her to seek injunctive relief.

With legal representation from Kenny Kentish, Wendel Robinson, and Leon ‘Chaku’ Symister, Walsh alleges that her constitutional rights were violated, and she was denied due process.

This legal move intensifies the ongoing battle between Walsh and JLSC, who suspended her on July 20.

She continues to receive full pay while facing at least 10 undisclosed disciplinary charges served on July 12.
