Jeson Cedeno, 28, of Liberta, has been sentenced to two years, eleven months, and 23 days in prison after pleading guilty to possessing illegal firearms.
Senior Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel presided over the case in District B of the Magistrate’s Court.
Cedeno’s female companion had charges against her withdrawn after his guilty plea.
His sentence was reduced by seven days for time spent on remand.
He also received concurrent sentences for possession of ammunition and cannabis. Confiscated funds, totaling EC$1,956.80, were ordered to be returned to Cedeno.
