23. Asthmatics and Non-smokers have a right, not to be attacked but the smell or contaminants of any kind of smoke. Smoke from bush fire, from vehicle engines, from all kinda smokers, vapers too.

    Until You are faced with a hard time breathing, wondering if you are going to make it to see the next few hours or days. Seeing your child have a hard time breathing, triggered by all these contaminants. The latest being the Mary J smokers is over whelming.

    Imagine walking up by East bus station where children catch the school bus, and young children smelling of stink of Mary J just because there are smokers nearby. ( I am not just talking, I experienced it).

    Also your relaxing in bed and wind blows all the smoke scent into the house, because your neighbours are smokers. Smelling of something you have no desire to smell is overbearing. Expressing your discomfort brings about anger and animosity

    If consideration was exercised by smokers for Non-smokers, there would not be a need for this law.
