Jamaica’s Disciplinary Committee – the General Legal Council (GLC) – has found Anthony Armstrong “guilty of professional misconduct”.

The committee found that Armstrong, who is an attorney-at-law by profession and currently serves as Antigua and Barbuda’s Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), acted contrary to the laws of Jamaica when he signed as a witness to a document for someone who was not physically present.

When contacted by local media, Armstrong said “I have no comments”.

  1. More like Director of GPPP Gassy Personal Public Prosecutor.
What is it about these guys and signatures.
Gassy said his signature was forged LOL 🤔which I could now go and wave my hand and Obama peak never existed and get my beloved Boggy Peak back
Any Head of State signature was forged a normal reaction would be prosecute the individual.
Cutie too Cute Benjamin has no time to look for criminals especially if they may be in the same room as you.
The grate Tv Judge Judy always say “if doesn’t sound right it probably isn’t right’

  2. If he doesn’t have the decency to resign, he should be fired. He’s another ALP embarrassment. The DPP should be reserved for indigenous Antiguans.

    • @Mr Byam…a wah guarne!? Dis ting, wid Antigua and Jamaica #criminality behaviour and living, goh wey back, to r we #Teefing Running Neargah aka Maroons de a Jamaica, fu also include Weston, de Pan African Movement innah Marcus Garvey and de Bag-A-Rice Tory!

Anyways, yes Armstrong should answer questions, not to allegations, since, this is a conclusion of his peers, in ‘law’.

Cutie Benjamin should be on ALL MEDIA outlets being grilled, and answering questions regarding this matter.
Then again, this is Antigua, Barbuda and REDONDA.

      • Lol… yep that guy was brought here under upp… guess karma is a real bitch because he lock up more upp people

      • Me see wan scavenger hyena aka ambulance chaser get one, just one kick to rass fram one Grazing #JackAss, dat it squeal lakkah wan #old #hag, a get ready fu roast over dis Yah Fire.
Butcher, look ee dey! De hoof print innah ee face!

      • The UPP hoped for decency, but the temptation of corruption is greater. Most people can be bought and Antiguan is the place to be.

  3. This person should be forced to resign as DPP and go and face the music in his country Jamaica. Of course he has no comment, just like he had none when he was accused by Gaston in the infamous WhatsApp messages

  4. Antigua is a place that attracts scandals. Do all the questionable people find haven in Antigua? There was a similar issue with the AG with a fraudulent passport and he is still AG. These two individuals need to go. We are tired of our country being associated with scandals.

    • You are correct. Of all places, the DC sniper found respite in Antigua. We have never seen a scandal that we don’t like!
