Brandy Whyte appeared before presiding judge Kaysha Grant-Pryce facing charges of malicious communication. She is being represented by attorney-at-law Adrian Dayes.
The incident reportedly took place sometime in November last year.
According to court documents, Whyte is accused of sharing a video on her WhatsApp status showing the complainant engaging in sexual activities.
A report was made to the police and Whyte was arrested and charged.
Under caution, Whyte told the police that the complainant initiated the exposure by sharing a video of her [Whyte] engaging in intimate activities, prompting her to reciprocate by sharing a similar video of the complainant on social media.
After the allegations were outlined, Dayes informed the court that the defence would not waste any time and promptly asked for partial disclosure, which entails the submission of documents pertaining to the case.

The judge then scheduled the matter for mention on February 21, with case-related documents to be served on the defence on or before January 28, in preparation for trial.
The taking of Whyte’s fingerprints was deferred until the next court date, and the investigating officer was bound over to complete the prosecution’s case file.

That’s what happens when all of ya’ll love man, competition, but no real love and respect. Women nowadays wanna have fun and love different men. They never want to stay or fight together when there are bad times, always want to disappear, regardless if you spent your time, money or effort or even gave all of your love to, when there are bad times, they abandon you. When things are good, the smiles are only there for the moment, when you experience good times with them and you smile, being so opened, then a bad time comes, you’re willing to save things or make things well again and it feels like your world is coming down so you want to do everything in your power to be well with her or in taking care of the situation that has created the bad time/moment. But it’s either they run/disappear, be opened to another male whether friend or stranger, disrespect you, give up on you or what you both had, develop or continue to build a bond with someone that’s outside of you.
Caribbean blood ladies seem to do a lot of that, even if you from an Overseas country and your bloodline runs here in Antigua or any other Caribbean country, this is the trait of a lotvof these women of today, they are not the same as how our grandmother’s use to be with our grandfathers, Strong, always kept a great bond they never spoke badly of one another to other people, they never disrespected one another, they never took in vulgarity from people on the outside if they had anytgung vulgar going on, it was that of enjoying their love/sex life together and whatever they do within it, and the biggest thing was, they always worked together.
Eh
Who knuckle you
