The Police Administration reported moments ago that Timothy Jackman, 21, of Potters village has been charged with the murder of Arnal “Angel” Joseph, 25, of Potters village.

He is expected to appear in the St John’s Magistrate court on Monday 3rd September 2018 to answer to the charge.
