There are rules and there are rules. Wha’ so complicated.
You can have it under the bed, in your freezer all year long; but don’t be caught harvesting or selling any of them.
The only person I thought may be confused with this piece of regulation; is AG Simon who says crime in Antigua and Barbuda is the lowest in the Caribbean.
