Dr. Ibrahim Allaz, a Veterinary Officer in the Ministry of Agriculture, responded to a call about an injured horse found disoriented in a gutter on Valley Road.
Suspected to have been abandoned by juveniles, the horse was rescued with help from civilians, treated by a veterinarian, and is now recovering. The Ministry thanked everyone involved for their swift response.
