They advise me that:
(a) They have spoken to their ‘FRIENDS IN HIGH QUARTERS’ and
‘IN THE HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT’ but for some strange
reason, the issue seems to be a ‘HOT POTATO’.
(b) A meeting was held in January 2022 and this meeting was
chaired by a particular Permanent Secretary.
Apparently, coming out of the meeting there appeared to
have been some difference in what was decided upon, but to
date, the chairman of the meeting is reluctant to say which
side understood what was decided upon correctly.
(c) While all of this is going on, a lawyer proposed by way of a
letter to the family, dated in February 2022, TO BUY THEIR
PROPERTY (hmmmmm).
(d) WASTE PIPES from a ‘neighbor’ are running on the land in
question (this has been reported to the relevant authorities).
(e) UNSECURED BOULDERS that pose a threat to the family are
on the property belonging to a ‘neighbor’ (this have been
reported to the relevant authorities).
When I spoke to family members, I advised them to go see ‘A SERIOUS LAWYER’ and keep me updated.
I have analyzed the situation from the information available to me and I find:
(a) It strange that persons ‘IN HIGH QUARTERS’, ‘IN THE HOUSE
OF PARLIAMENT’ and ‘FRIENDS OF PERSONS IN HIGH
QUARTERS AND IN THE HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT’ seems to be
running and hiding. Something smells fish or is it a dead rat……
(b) It strange that an offer is being made to the family to purchase
their property…..
(c) It strange that at a recent meeting, it is being said that ‘VIEW’
of someone will be affected. (This reminds me of when
Sandals was expanding a few years ago)…..
I will continue to encourage the family to ACCESS OUR COURTS and fight your case and KEEP TALKING PUBLICLY ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH.
