The criminals not only made off with the woman’s car but also seized her cellular phone, leaving her stranded and without immediate means of communication.

Local law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into the series of vehicle thefts, urging residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.

Authorities are working to gather surveillance footage and any available evidence to identify the perpetrators.

The incident has raised concerns within the community about the safety of citizens and the brazen nature of the criminals involved.

Residents are advised to exercise caution, particularly during late-night hours, and to verify the legitimacy of any law enforcement stops by contacting the local police station.

Law enforcement officials are urging anyone with information related to the incidents to come forward and assist in apprehending the suspects.

As investigations are ongoing, additional security measures may be implemented to safeguard the community and prevent further criminal activity.

Meanwhile, the victim is receiving support from local victim assistance programs to cope with the aftermath of the traumatic experience.

  1. This begs the question, are police and military personnel allowed to keep their uniforms after leaving the service? The uniforms are considered government property and should be returned upon separation or retirement but I do not know that this is strictly enforced. That persons are dressed as policemen and committing crimes are both frightening and disturbing.

  2. Safest country in the Caribbean huh?

Bwoi if you’ll don’t get rid of this, waste of an time AG and Commish, Antigua will further go down the drain…But then again I already told you’ll that this Island Nation is not going any damn where with these current jokers in office..

Someone on here have suggested that harsher punishment for criminals do not deter criminals from completing crimes, I am now remiss to think if this person is secretly working for the ALP, because, in Arab nations, if you are found guilty of stealing, they take off your right hand, so tell me if that type of punishment has not deter crime in places like United Arab Emirates, because they have one of the lowest crime rates in all of the world.

This Administration have seriously failed the people of Antigua.. big big failure.

Time to get of this failed experiment called Gatson Browne and CO.

  3. Boy!! Creative enrichment by our young people indeed. You don’t stop the politicians from doing it so……
